“Very clean hotel and close to anything you could possibly need. Manish and his wife are courteous, friendly and accommodating. I've stayed here several times and will be returning in a few weeks. ”

“The air conditioner in the room was like a jet plane. Room 321 sofa was absolutely filthy and grossly uncomfortable to sit on. Not worth the cost. Would not pay $180 for this room if I knew what I was getting!”

“Obviously with everything brand new it all looked very nice. The room was nice. It was quiet. The pools were nice and warm. The downsides were there's only one elevator and its on one side of the building and if youre put all the way on the other side its quite a trek. There is a $100 per night incidentals charge and a $30 per night resort fee. My silent flabbergasted stare at the front desk clerk like he'd lost the plot when he told me that and thankfully he charged us less than the $100 per……

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

“The rooms were clean. The staff were above and beyond the expectations. Nisse was amazingly nice and friendly. Also, we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was warm enough to give you a relaxing evening. A small suggestion that would not affect their ratings and my review this time! We booked a room for two adults and three kids. However, we didn’t get a sofa bed or a baby bed. I would suggest that this would be great if this property considers in the future. ”

“Pool and hot tub were great.(No deafening echo's of screaming kids like most pools).The room was clean ,bed was comfortable, lots of pillows on the beds and plenty of towels.My only complaint would be the refrigerator was plugged into a light switch outlet once we turned that light switch on it sounded like it was working but it never got cold the 2 days we stayed there.We turned the dial to colder it was tepid at best the mini freezer part never worked.”

“They had a problem with the Internet I didn’t have for a little over a day so I called. They sent somebody to fix it then this morning I went to turn on the TV same issue. I rebooted the box like I was shown by staff and it did not work so that was frustrating and the room smelled very musky and almost like mildewy.”
