“The property is primarily a trucking resting place. Seems appropriate for that. I will say using Expedia for booking was a big problem. I was very disappointed when they were unable to find my reservation. I ultimately had to book directly with the hotel paying the hotel price. My reservation and payment through Expedia was useless. $300+ for truck stop hotel .”

“The washer and dryer on the second floor were disappointingly dirty and disgusting. However, our room was very clean, with spotless white towels and fresh bedding. The pool area was nice, and the water was warm, which the kids really enjoyed. The reception staff made a great impression with their friendly service, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, despite the issue with the laundry area, we had a pleasant stay.”

“I selected this hotel primarily because side it had a pool because we were driving a long distance with young children. We got all checked in BEFORE the clerk told us the pool was “closed for maintenance.” Then there was someone getting arrested outside of our room in the middle of the night……..would NOT recommend this hotel”

“The property was very clear and well kept. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was the usual waffles, cereal,and bagels. I stay there every time I go to Westfield the last three years.. The rooms have different themes to them.”

“Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!”

“Room seemed clean at first. After looking, few things were missed. The biggest was having ants in the room!!!!!! I could see if there was tons of food or drink out or spilled. Absolutely none of that and kept seeing ants. So disgusting!!”
