“I would recommend this property highly. The decoration is soothing and rustic, the rooms are very nice and breakfast gives a variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down item is the height of the stools in the bathrooms, they are very short. My 5' 2" companion said that she felt like she was sitting on a child's potty and I am considerably taller & felt like my knees were up under my chin. I am a senior and I had trouble getting off the toilet when I was finished.”

“Our room was not ready after 8pm when we arrived to check in. They then stated it was and we checked and it still wasn't. We left and went elsewhere.”

“The hotel was pretty nice, the Wave restaurant in particular was awesome. The indoor pool felt a bit dated, but my kids still enjoyed it. The outdoor pool was super nice and we spent a decent amount of time there. The grounds were very well maintained and the views of the lake were spectacular of course. The staff was pleasant enough for the most part. We were just a bit disappointed with our room, it felt relatively small and dated, however it wasn't really where we spent most of our time, so……

“Haven’t stayed in many B & Bs but my expectations were very much exceeded. The house and rooms were meticulously decorated. You could tell the owners put much time and thought into their business. Would stay there again in a heartbeat next time we are in the area.”

“The breakfast consisted of carbs only. Was disappointed to see the selection for breakfast. Rooms were tidy, but we had essentials missing from the room.”

“First the address accessed online GPS takes you half mile away. Finally found a open gas station and told actual location. Then told by staff GPS will lead you to one of three places all of which are not actual location. From staff comments Question the security of facility. Room itself not terrible if you don't mind a television with no sound that just 'clicks'. The pool with no water in it. Sleeping with one eye open because of staff comments about theft. Oh and was told when checking in……

“Room seemed clean at first. After looking, few things were missed. The biggest was having ants in the room!!!!!! I could see if there was tons of food or drink out or spilled. Absolutely none of that and kept seeing ants. So disgusting!!”

“I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing.”

“The room was nice but it didn't have a microwave. LOVED the shower & water pressure! The beds were super comfy as well! Property was clean & still smells new!”

“Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good.”
