「They had a problem with the Internet I didn’t have for a little over a day so I called. They sent somebody to fix it then this morning I went to turn on the TV same issue. I rebooted the box like I was shown by staff and it did not work so that was frustrating and the room smelled very musky and almost like mildewy.」

「Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.」

「Coffee was not restocked the second day. No hot water in the shower. Hot tub was hot. The pool was cool.」

「My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The water park was amazing and had everything we needed as far as amenities go. 10 out of 10!」

「Overall we enjoyed our one night stay at Treescape resort. The grounds aren't spectacular but the location is great and the outdoor lagoon is nice and for the price we were happy. One of the outdoor pools wasn't open which was disappointing. We stayed in the cabins which have shared shower/toilet facilities which are minimalist. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked very well. The towels are terrible, bring your own! Major annoyance was lack of easily accessible drinking water.」

「The room was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. The parking was good and well lit. We had trouble with water draining in the bathtub and we reported it. It appeared to be draining better after we reported it. Room 312 might need another round of draino. The breakfast was good. We stayed here because we weren’t spending much time at our room, but got out and enjoyed many things the Dells had to offer. The hotel was nice and quiet at a great rate.」

「Amber’s Inn and Suites was perfect for our family on our weekend getaway. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Front desk people were helpful and friendly. It is an older motel, but was quiet and a pleasant place. If ever visiting Wisconsin Dells please consider this place.」

「Breakfast was fresh. No cups in room. No ice bucket for ice. Ice went all over the floor when I used it. No hot tub. Shower in tub not good water pressure. Slippery. Not good shower. Will not go there again.」
