「They had a problem with the Internet I didn’t have for a little over a day so I called. They sent somebody to fix it then this morning I went to turn on the TV same issue. I rebooted the box like I was shown by staff and it did not work so that was frustrating and the room smelled very musky and almost like mildewy.」

「Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.」

「The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season.」

「Coffee was not restocked the second day. No hot water in the shower. Hot tub was hot. The pool was cool.」

「Everything was good but the actual areas are a lot smaller than the images show (lagoon, tree climbing) . The location was perfect and the tree house and bathrooms were clean. My kids had a great time!」

「Room was filthy. The bathroom horrendous. Moved the shower curtain and a dirty washcloth stuffed up in the pleats on the rod fell down. Room had a bad smell. Swimming area was dirty. Grounds outside looked like they had never been naintained or picked up. Cigarette butts all over the grounds especially by the doors」

「The hotel smelled like cigarettes and was extremely warm anywhere other than the actual room. We also had to request toilet paper. The staff was friendly but overall it was an underwhelming experience」

「The motel is the "mom and pop style" and is maintained nicely. The room and bathroom were clean and AC worked great. The pool was large enough for many people to be in, but still quiet. We will stay here again.」
