“Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We stayed for a week and outside of 1 night the hot tub wasn’t very hot it was perfect! (Mama needs the hot tub after walking them parks ALL day lol) But we made a call and by the next day it was fixed. “We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……
