Perfect Home Base for Visiting Family
What a find, the appartment was incredibly convenient, with everything my mum and myself needed, making it perfect for visiting family in the area. The size of the apartment was just right – spacious enough to feel comfortable but still cozy and homely, with loads of little touches to provide everything you could need.
The cleanliness was impeccable; it was spotless. Communication was simple and easy. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay while spending time with loved ones nearby. Highly recommend!

Positive stay
The host could not have been more helpful, it was a real pleasure!
The apartment was lovely and clean and a good size. The apartment also had everything that we needed provided. The location was great with amenities within a short drive and lots in the local area to explore.
Extra touches provided such as fresh milk, some chockies and popcorn for the children.
The only negative was the noise from the road, it did feel quite loud and consistent even late in the night. Also, the apartment would really benefit with some extra pillows for the beds and some cushions on the sofa. Cheap fixes but would make the stay more comfortable.
Would be more than happy to stay again.

Negative: Communication was poor, sent 2 emails requesting information and never got a response. Also sent a text message without a response. The unit does not have a dryer though it states on hotels that one exists. The TV does not have a licence so limited to YouTube etc
Positive: it was very well equiped, milk, eggs, cereal, bread, condiments etc.

The property is located on the main road from the M25 to Woking which was a big bonus as I was going to Chertsey.
The property is very clean, there was milk and water in the fridge and cereal in the cupboard. All the utensils and cockeries were clean. This is a very spacious 2 bed flat and their was dedicated parking. The bathroom was clean and the copper pipe towel rail and shower rail made me laugh I thought it was a strange one as I am a Gas Engineer.
So that's the good bits so how about the bad bits. The road noise is slightly high unless you close the vents. The beds should be one king size and one queen size I like them big. The TV is Netflix and not TDTV so I could not watch Gold. There should be extra pillows I like it high. Well I only stayed one night so I cannot find any other issues. I will be using this apartment in the future, hopely there is a bowl of fresh fruits awaiting my arrival.
Oh, one last thing that wasn't mentioned on the booking site, you can arrange earlier booking in/arrival times. Thanks very much for this service.

Great place to stay.
Great place to stay. Modern, roomy, clean. Owner met me on site and showed me around. Essentials in the fridge which was a nice touch. Parking in site and a walk into Woking for the train to London. Happy customer.
