“The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.”

“The apartment is under renovation. The whole building surrounded by scaffolding. Anyone can climb in very easy. The front desk in another hotel. It take 10 minutes walk. It is very inconvenient for having heavy luggage It is not worth €450 per night!”

“We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend.”

“The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody……

“Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, für den Gast wird alles getan und für Fragen immer eine Lösung und Antwort gefunden! Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und schafft eine romantische, heimelige Atmosphäre, Inder man sich immer wohlfühlt! Das einzige Manko ist, dass der Wellness-Bereich, ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber, an vollen Tagen überfüllt ist, was der endgültigen Entspannung leider nicht ganz zuträgt. Wir würden dennoch gerne wiederkommen!”
