“this was a work trip. we booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. all 3 rooms heater was not working except the room in the bathroom. It was end Nov and temp was 2 deg c outside. text them about the non heater but no follow up. ”

“Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich. Sie war sauber. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.”

“距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。”

“In der Umgebung waren eine Bäckerei (zu Fuß 5 Minuten) sowie ein Supermarkt und Resteurants (mit dem Auto 5-10Minuten) Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Ein Parkplatz ist voehanden.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.”

“Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was……

“Was a perfect stay. We were nervous of how far out from the city is was but there's a bus stop literally outside the door. We also had our own car and parking was easy. There's a small convience store as well for quick morning trips. Host commuticated great. Had no issues finding the place and checking in. ”
