"This apartment was the BEST location! The host was so kind and helpful. Plenty of towels for showering. We had a problem using the coffee maker but I think it was us, because we could only get hot water to come out. I think we did not know how to use it and there were no instructions. Not an issue as it was the weekend, but if this is a more permanent issue, then I would remove from the advertisement. They also had no dish towels for drying and only a half a paper towel roll. I would consider buying some cheap dish towels for the kitchen. Everything else was fantastic, beautiful place as advertised"

"This is an excellent option if you want to spend some time in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. This property is right next to the old city wall which runs around the old town and there is an entrance a few meters from the hotel entrance, and because it's not right in the heart of the old town, it's quite peaceful after sunset. The room was small (by north american standards) but definitely served the purpose. There are a lot of antique and old-world touches everywhere while being modern in places like the washroom and having an A/C unit. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good and the included breakfast was very enjoyable for our family -- though don't expect a waffle station or anything like that. It was a somewhat traditional German breakfast with lots of cold cuts, cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, and some break with various spreads. We loved it. I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to experience all that Rothenburg old town has to offer. "
