The garden offers plenty of space to run around or simply relax in with a cup of coffee. Wildlife to frequent the garden such as muntjac deer, rabbits and foxes. There is a sheltered patio with outdoor seating.
Sun Lounge
For those not wanting to step outside with their morning coffee, you can rest easy in the sun lounge and enjoy views over the garden.

There is on site parking for 2 -3 cars.

Located in the peaceful village of Kirkby-on-Bain, there is the popular Ebrington Arms Pub is just 100 yards away, offering delicious meals. You will find further shops, restaurants and supermarkets just 3 miles away.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
