“The location is alittle nosy due to the train, when I first walked into the room smelled like something died I did my due diligence even then the smell was extremely off putting ended up checking out early”

“Hotel Royal Bronx could be so much better with a good cleaning. Simply sweeping and mopping the floor would work wonders for the place. Also, having clean towels and sheets would be greatly appreciated. The location is okay.”

“This is a scam listing. I booked this several months in advance and the day of my arrival I reached out to ask how to check in. They told me the property I booked was unavailable due to "maintenance issues" and offered to move me to a different property which was nowhere near where I needed to be. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be their approach; lure people in with a good-looking property in a nice area and then surprise move them to a dump in an incovenient area. “Very inaccurate listing upon arriving host called me stating I could not stay at property due to issues on their end instead of offering a refund I was sent to a different property that was a 1 bedroom with 1 bed that was clearly not cleaned instead of the 3 bedroom 5 bed luxury house I initially booked I explained this would not work for me and my 4 other guests and got told there was no other choice and hung up on, me and my guests had no option beside to go back home very bad experience DO……

“Plenty of space to park, just had to make sure the hotel pass was displayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located right in the middle of the mall so easy walk to get food or any shopping”

“Floors were filthy. Maid service changed sheets first night but didn’t replenish coffee. No hair dryer. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Not enough outlets near bed for chargers etc. perhaps you cater to a different crowd, based on signs in lobby. We requested no service by taping a do not disturb sign on our door. Value was good - we only needed a place to sleep.”
