“Westin standard. All good. Not walking distance to other place. But shuttle service to Water front is fine. Need uber to other places.”

“Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.”

After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I……

“Amazing staff and great spacious room.”

“The location is fine. Just the breakfast space is a bit limited. And the room clean daily is not that nice.”

“The environment is pretty good, facilities are nice, staff are helpful and friendly, very recommend to travellers.”
