「excellent location, nice rooms and a fantastic lounge area with snacks and drinks, check in/out was a breeze and the staff were amazing.」

「Super clean hotel and rooms, helpful staff, nice gym and good breakfast. Quiet. The pool was small, but it's indoors. Would definitely stay again.」

「This property is in need of a face lift. The toilets are very low to ground, equivalent to a 3rd graders public school height. Carpets are ripped, dirty. The complementary breakfast consists of 2 kinds of cereal, two kinds of bread, Miss Debbie (or equivalent) wrapped pastry, coffee and apple juice. The nightly room charge does not seem to equate to the conditions.」

「Front desk was closed when we arrived. We called the phone # left on a sign for guest that were locked out of their room but no answer. I called the next day and the female that answered the phone was rude and extremely condescending.」

「The gentleman at the front desk with the beard is fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and he is one of the most respectful and helpful individuals I have ever encountered in the service industry. He single handedly has caused me to repeat business at this hotel and I will continue to do so as long as he is employed.」
