"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet, and convenient to shopping and touristy things to do. It is up in the hills on the southwest side of the city. The property had all of the needed conveniences."

"The property is beautiful, very spacious and well furnished. The only complaint is that the property does not have central heat and air and the temperatures reached 80 plus degrees while we were there. The bedrooms were very hot and we did not sleep well. There was only a mini split unit in the kitchen which did not cool the whole house. We asked about it and were told that they bring in seasons portable air conditioners but only in the summer months. It would also be helpful if they provided a welcome book with a manual on how to operate everything in the house. "

"Owner was excellent communicator. He set up bedrooms as asked prior to arrival. He checked in to make sure things were good more than once. Home does not have central air and most windows have knobs removed. Owner did come set up 2 widow units when asked. It helped a lot on main floor, but upstairs can still be hot. Home has lots of room. Large kitchen dinning area for small group entertaining. Hot tub is not functional (at least not yet for season)."

"The property is a 'mother in law cottage' attached to another rental property managed by the same owners. it is a very nicely appointed suite for two people, close to Cheyenne Canyon and about 1/2 mile from Broadmoor Hotel. The managers are very responsive to your needs. There is a coffee beverage station and a full kitchen with ample cooking supplies. I very much enjoyed my stay"
