“We reserved a king room, was given a queen. The room smelled of stale cigarettes permeated our clothes, and we had no lock on our door. Not a very pleasurable experience.”

“This is going to be a lovely hotel but it is currently being renovated and was not really ready. There was a punch list taped to the dresser in the room. There was no ability to control the temp in the room. There was no hair dryer. The coffee ran out in the morning in the lobby and wasn’t replaced. There was no in-room coffee maker. The room was very clean, and I would stay there if I knew renovations were completed. There is also a great need for lighting on the stairs from the back parking……

“Was kind of a unique bedroom with two queen beds, but the shower had just clear glass so if you’re staying with anybody other than a family member, it would be pretty awkward”

“The room and surrounding area were clean but there was an unpleasant odor in the room. We opened the window which took away the smell. The water pressure in the shower was good. No complementary soap or shampoo in restroom. The full sized fridge along with the cooktop were nice but adding a small coffeemaker would have been nice. What was supposed to be the bath towels were very small, more like a large hand towel. The toilet was very low. A small child would have no problem sitting on it and……
