The stay was really disappointing. The staff were very slow to serve and not interested at all. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all. We were really disappointed on the view of the suite. Also the room dining and breakfast was really not up to four seasons hotel.!

Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel
Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

When we arrived at the hotel then shown to the room, the toilet seat was dirty and not clean with hairs on it.
