「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful」
