The beds are old and extremely uncomfortable, the amenities are for the entire community and full of screaming kids and there aren’t any room for the guests bc the whole neighborhood used the hotel amenities. This should have been discolored the hot tub was broken during most of the stay. No coffee maker or mini fridge in the room.

Absolutely amazing place to stay with childre. They offer a free kids buffet in the evening and the children loved it. The adult meals were delicious and a great choice on the 3 course menu. The bar staff are so friendly and helpful. They really made long busy days at a theme park manageable. They were so kind and welcoming. Nothing was too much to ask for and they went out of their way to make sure we all had a good meal. Thank you so much.

Staff lovely, excellent location, room nice but compact. The car parking (my fault for not double checking) was very expensive when assumed included based on advert and not reading fine print. The pool and health club was brilliant and team lovely. The restaurant was a letdown, poor service, long wait and not very good food but once again lovely staff.

Stayed for 2 nights room with breakfast. The hotel is clean and the bar and restaurant areas modern and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate. The room/bathroom could probably do with a bit of an upgrade and a mini fridge would be helpful, however it did the job. The bed was very comfortable and air con was available. What makes the place are the helpful and cheerful staff who can’t do enough for you. We had an issue with the plug in our bath and a very helpful guy came up within minutes of reporting to sort it out. Overall a great experience at this hotel.

We booked a wheelchair accessible room and we were not disappointed. Room was large, very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was extremely large and well fitted with hand rails, a low bath, and lots of emergency pull cords throughout. We were able to book a Blue Badge parking bay on the morning that we were due to arrive. The staff at breakfast were very helpful and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.
