Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge (Small Freezer Compartment), Dishwasher, Coffee Machine
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No chidren under 5, except babes in arms. There is an unfenced stream in the garden.. Kilcot Coach House is entered through the utility room, which is fitted with a washer/dryer. You then enter the spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a guest could need. There is a hard floor throughout and the exposed brick walls really create ambience and character and you can still envisage the property as it once was. Upstairs there are two large double rooms, both fitted with en-suite shower rooms.
Outside the property is a small patio area with garden furniture for guests to sit out and enjoy an evening drink, barbecue or morning coffee. The extended garden to Kilcot House is for the owners use
