“Location is fantastic. It’s an original motel that has been spruced up with new paint and updated bathrooms. It has a choppy layout. But staff were great. Location is amazing. Walked right out our door and clipped into the skis. Would do it again for a last minute ski trip like the one we were on. ”

“We loved our stay! The room we booked seemed basic, but upon arrival was large with three giant windows to see the mountains. Their pool was heated and an awesome spot at the end of a ski day since it was 70°. Super convenient to the slopes, they take your skis down there for you, and just a really amazing time!”

“This place is clean, convenient and close to the Steamboat Ski Resort, but they don’t have elevator in the building so it is a little bit difficult for people carrying big suitcases to the second floor. The continental breakfast is included which is nice for skiers, so we can get on to the lift quicker. I would recommend this place to my friends who will go to Steamboat to ski in the future.”

“Very old out dated property. Smelly cooking on floor 5 but quiet in the room. Not for the family. Maybe a guys weekend? Bathrooms are okay. ”

“The Rabbit Ears has been a favorite of ours for many years. It's nothing fancy, but the staff is excellent. It is at a perfect location in downtown Steamboat, with a bus stop right next to the motel, for easy transit to the mountain. We recommend a king room with sofa, lots of space!”

“This is a good hotel in a very convient location on the main street of steamboat. Is is easy to walk to all of the local restaurants bars and shopping. This is a classic motel with functional rooms and some amenities. The convenience of parking your car directly outside your hotel door can be very handy. ”

“Great location for skiing but very loud at night- lots of sounds from both inside and outside the hotel. Also experienced some weird leaking from the toilet. Hot tub had a great view but was not warm at all ”
