「Very nice, great location, friendly staff」

「住宿點和廚房客廳都很棒，但隔天退房時需要寄放行李，服務人員態度不太好，本來很滿意的就有點小扣分」

「The staff and the beautiful history and architecture of the hotel are a pleasure. Location for walking from deep in the West end of Vancouver shops, cafes and restaurants is spot on. The ability to step across the road and get onto the sea wall pathway is fantastic. The restaurant is... good... but not necessarily for the young or young at heart.. Being the oldest cocktail lounge in Vancouver.. i feel I was hoping for a lot more than it offered.. but it didn't negatively affect our stay as there...

「Nice location, 5min.walk to the sky train station. Beautiful neighborhood, with supermarket, cafe and restaurants all in walking distance. Good breakfast service. The only thing that we experienced was the towels got unpleasant smell perhaps as we learned on the arrival day that it had been raining for the past days. And the room was bit small which was intended for up to 3persons. What we liked most was the sound-proof of the rooms, which is excellent for a beautiful Victoria-style house. 」

「The room we stayed in was almost directly above the pub, so it was very noisy until 10 p.m. The staff were friendly and did their best to meet our needs during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and impressive.」
