Lovely quiet lakefront stay

The entire resort community had quiet lakes, a great pool and playground and lots of fun activities Well equipped cabin with even more water sports gear available than is in the listing. Kids size kayaks were a huge hit It was nicely air conditioned despite hit and humid outside

Beautiful home, one complaint

The chalet was perfect and on a beautiful lake. I would give it 5 stars but the property manager wanted us to pay a crazy amount extra for arriving a couple hours earlier than the 3pm checkin time when I knew the chalet had not been occupied for several days before. It should just be a nice service to offer a family already paying ALOT per night to stay there.

Family Vacation

Acorn Falls was an exceptionally beautiful Chalet. The view of the lake was peaceful and magnificent. We definately will return for another amazing vacation.

Great property, bring an all wheel drive vehicle

The property was perfect except for driveway access. We had three cars, one with all wheel drive, two without. One of the two wheel drives was almost stuck at the bottom of the driveway, took multiple tries to get up the gravel hill. After that experience, the other one parked at the top (there is a parking space) and hauled everything in on foot. The all wheel drive has no issue.

Great location

Great location tucked back in the woods right on the lake. There isn’t a dishwasher, the steps going upstairs are pretty steep, and the main floor bedroom door doesn’t close properly but other than that, it’s a great house. The location and view more than made up for the minor inconveniences.
