Perfect location and perfect house for family vacation. The host communicates very well and the check-in/out process was simple and clear. Highly recommend for a stay in Wrightsville Beach.

Our family stayed at this beach house for our annual vacation. Upon arrival, the house was very dirty. Floor immediately turned our feet black, dust/dirt on the baseboards and walls, mold in the showers, mildew on the shower curtain, mold from water damage on the walls in the master bathroom and in the living room, food crumbs on the kitchen counter, etc. The property manager was quick to reply and immediately had the cleaning crew back out to the property the next day to clean again. The next issue was the cockroaches coming out of the plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms and spiders in the rooms. Other than the fact the house was not clean or well maintained, the best part of the house is the well stocked garage. The garages contain everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. I hope the property management company can make some adjustments to the cleanliness of the home and pest control so the next guest can have a better experience.
