"Somehow my booking did not show up correctly in their system. i booked a king bed, but the system reflected 2 single beds. It only got sorted when i showed the staff the reservation on my phone. The room given to me was hot and stuffy - maybe they didnt expect anyone to be staying in there. I had to blast the AC on for about 2 hours before the entire room was cooled. The toilet was not yet cool then. Apart from this, the stay was good. Room was nice and spacious. Location was good too, with the ferry terminal about 15 mins away, and a spa just across the street about 10 mins walk away. The night market that opens till 4am is also about 15 mins car ride away. The toilet was very hot and stuff when i checked in, but better after 1 night's sleep. Shower pressure and temperature control was good. Spacious toilet."

"Not much to complain, just not appreciated Red China restriction to access internet information <:< No way to check my email after logged in using the WiFi connection at theproperty........ just 100% unexpected since I am an ordinary traveller from the USA. Otherwise, I'd rate this place 3.3 star out of 5!"

"Both the buffet dinner and breakfast have lots of varieties for selection and there was no queuing up required, as the food stations were scattered evenly around the restaurant, so we considered this was a good planning. The food was yummy and we enjoyed the lobster and the baked oysters. We had a superb view of Zaha Hadid's Art Centre from our room as per my request and really appreciated for the hotel's arrangement, including decoration on the bed for my birthday celebration. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much!"

"Great hotel in Zhuhai. Clean, great breakfast, good pool does not have the chlorinated smell, view is amazing too if facing Macau. No complaints. All good"
