“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really……

“It was nice and shady and central to everything but the toilet suite needed replacing which we advised them of and Venetian blinds needed cleaning in saying that they were working on the property- tree cutting etc ”
