My room is stinky and noisy. There is a machine turning on all day. Food smell all around my room. Disastrous.
Using the brand Sheraton doesnt mean quality. The restaurant does not have much food available. Have 4 bottles of black pepper but no salt. Black pepper only 10% filled. It is very impolite to ask us to pay at the start of the main course and I had to turn down. This was annoying and I expect better for a 5* hotel.
Terrible experience. Staff training is needed.

The hotel is close to the metro station. Easy to arrive. The exhaust fan didn't work, need to call the staff the fix it.
