「The house is in desperate need of repair and renovation. Black mould in the bathrooms that had been siliconed over. Half the lights were not working. The toilet in the ensuite was running all the time. I will say that the bed was comfortable but we needed to buy a quilt because the one provided was way too hot and there were no blankets provided to be able to adjust that. The walk-in robe had a mattress and pillows stored there so it was difficult to hang our clothes. With accommodation called...

「Location was great, siper comfy beds, maybe if anything some updated pictures of home and failed to be able to lock main bedroom windows, but otherwise we were super comfy and happy with accommodation and responses from host were virtually immediate, so all is good4.5stars」

「 The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. 「We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel...
