「Very professional and friendly front desk staff. (Jerome) 」

「寧靜」

「Great location and super friendly staff at the front desk and housekeeping. It is right next to a motorway and a bottle return facility, some noises early in the morning, but is not too bad.」

「Property was spacious. The family cabin could have been a refurbished one as it's very old. Other than that we had so much fun & enjoyed our 4 day stay. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Area is very safe for the kids & great with bikes.」

「Overall experience is good. Parking facilities is good. Environment is quiet and housekeeping is good.」

「Everything was perfect. Friendly and kind.」

「The room was clean and the host was lovely」

「We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel...

「Cozy room, helpful staff. The room seems clean but ants will come in to give you troubles if you put donuts on the table for a night.」

「Clean and convince! Friendly & helpful staff! Close to the supermarket & restaurants! Beautiful environment! 」
