「We had a very pleasant stay. It was cozy and comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped and the essentials were supplied. It had a beautiful lake front view and very nice yard. We had kayaks and a canoe available to use and there was a family of swans that were beautiful to watch. I would like to note that there are lily pads/weeds that go about thirty feet out from shore, so it’s not very swimmable from shore. This didn’t affect us because we were swimming elsewhere or...

「Everything was perfect. It was our home base as we visited our son, went to a pickleball competition, Frederick Meijer Gardens. It was quiet for our dog and our daughter was able to come up and stay. Our adult children love coming and spending time, swimming and having s'mores and hot dogs around the fire pit. A wonderful time was had by all. 」

The outdoor grill was broken and Wally responded quickly and replaced the grill that day.The river was fun for tubing and if you love to fly fish we left a big brown trout there for you.We were disappointed that the outdoor balcony was under construction and we could enjoy our drinks overlooking the river. 「Nice house lakeside to celebrate graduation from Calvin University. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and the peddle boat. Enough equipment for all of us to be out on the lake at the same time. Brian was easy to talk with and had everything labeled nicely. Would stay again.」

「The property is beautiful and secluded and the house was amazing. The host responded to all messages quickly and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We rented 4 properties on Gun Lake for family attending our daughter’s wedding. This property was by far the BEST! The power went out the night before the wedding and this property was equipped with a generator!! If I could give this property more stars I would!! The setting on the channel was so calm and peaceful. Access to the big lake was so convenient and close....

「Cottage owner was great! Met us there the first day; showed us around. Very spacious cottage; very clean. Does have lots of stairs and not much beach area; full of seaweed so not great for swimming right off the dock. Please note that the large windows are gorgeous and give a great view, but there are no window coverings so daylight comes in early each day. Cottage had a well stocked kitchen for all sorts of cooking/grilling. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; would recommend!」
