I haven’t a complaints. Buffet and à la carte restaurants were very good. Staff was perfect. Even though weather wasn’t the best, we had a blast in the pools with swim up bars and plenty of time in the surf. Will be back.

Barcelo, Cancun in my opinion is one the best if not the best in his area, family friendly, super clean, staff very helpful, they pretty much got everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Probably my 5th or 5th time at this resort.

We had an amazing time at this resort, it was clean and there was a large selection of food at the buffets and the à la carte dining was excellent. We wanted to mention the excellent staff, especially the entertainment team (and Naima, Gabriel and Alberto) who made our stay super fun as well as the great night performers.

Staff was friendly, minor details in room maintenance were needed but very clean. Pool was great for our kids and they have a lifeguard on duty which kept an eye on making sure all the kids were using pool amenities and following the rules
