"This is a very nice and secure place. Beautiful grounds and excellent restaurant. We had a few hiccups, our air wasn’t working well the first couple days , but the host responds very quickly and had it replaced and bought us lunch for the inconvenience. We definitely would stay here again!"

"This was not the place we stayed at even though we booked it through the site. we were informed it was booked out and was forced to pick the caracol location without explanation or a refund. The experience was beyond horrible that we stayed at a different hotel for a night just to avoid the nightmare we endured during the stay.
