「The staff was really nice, they would check up on you and were really friendly. We went mid June and it was a really bad seaweed season, but there were workers working daily cleaning up the seaweed to make the beach accessible. The rooms were clean and pool towels were exchanged nightly. The property itself was a lot smaller than expected, there was one walkway connecting all the buildings to the pool and beach. 「I'm unsure why Expedia lists this hotel as all-inclusive. Be cautious when booking— I paid extra for all-inclusive, only to discover it covered just the room. There is no entertainment at night or during the day. To me, it's more of a hotel than a resort. The food is also not very good.」

「A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there.」

「We are on vacation now and have had nothing but disappointment since we have been here. The description says there is on sight car rental, but there is not. It says made to order breakfast but you have to purchase a meal ticket then take it to a restaurant at a different location. It says there are two pools, there is not. 「We enjoyed our stay over there, Staff was really helpful and friendly, the nights entertainment shows were amazing, food in rest La hacienda was absolutely perfect that we went twice, food at La vaqueria was not good at all neither in the Italian Restaurant that I do not remember the name now, the buffets restaurant were good, a lot of options, the service was great and finally I think the swimming pools could be a little cleaner that they were, but they were ok overall」
