「The property was very beautiful and clean; however, it was way too humid, our beds were wet, our clothes were wet. Also we weren’t able to get in the ocean, it was full of seaweed. If you are friendly with iguanas, you will see them a lot all over the property.」

「Very nice hotel, very clean, staff was cleaning the property constantly! The food was good, I think we went off season because every night they only had one restaurant open. Buffet was open for breakfast and lunch and they had plenty of options! I wish they had a good coffee shop or at least coffee syrups, I don’t like sugar in my lattes, which was the only options to sweeten you coffee. This was labeled as a VIP property but it’s not. So don’t book for that, we weren’t given any VIP perks....

「El lugar excelente para estar. El personal muy amable y tienes todo muy cerca de ti. Acceso a restaurantes, la plaza principal, el Ferris. TODO esta cerca. Y por supuesto la vista que tiene frente al mar. Amamos quedarnos en hotel Casa Mexicana cada año que visitamos La hermosa . isla de Cozumel」

「Overall very nice and rewarding stay. Great location, easy walk from ferry terminal and ideally located in town center. Condition of the hotel and rooms are excellent. Clean large room, and nice ocean facing balcony. Pool is small but enjoyable. We were the only guest when we attended. The pool also boasts a bar with a small menu reasonable price and good. Highly recommend especially when escaping from the Sargassum beaches of Playa.」

「Fantastic place for a diving vacation. On site dive shop and lessons. Small quiet resort with the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. If you are looking for a lounger on the beach, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a comfortable place to base your dive adventure from. This is where you should be.」
