“El personal muy bueno en general, los espacios de excelente calidad, pagamos la pulsera que incluye acceso al restaurante be loved, qué se supone es un restaurante de buen nivel, y lamentablemente nos decepcionó por completo, la comida fue muy desagradable, un sandwich de pastrami que tenía unos 5 grms de carne y un queso de sabor muy desagradable, cualquier sandwich frío del Oxxo tiene mejor calidad y cantidad. Te venden la experiencia por el restaurante, spa y eso y solo perdimos cinco mil……

“The hotel is OK. It is not modernized as other hotels that I have stayed. The shpwers are actually dangerous, they have the door stopper right in the middle of the side of the tub. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is not great.”

“First of all the hotel is an hour away from the airport. I did pay for the private transportation and it was well worth it. The resort itself is truly beautiful. On the first, night my mini fridge wouldnt cool and the room ac was not working, I called down and someone came right up to check but they said it would kick on and it never did. They did move me to another room the next day but then I saw someone a couple of days later complaining about the AC in the original room. On the first night……

“More comfortable beds. Place was great clean, nice neighborhood quiet. Wonderful area love all the convenience of the place in PA . But definitely needs comfortable mattresses. Loved the host. ”

“The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water……

“My wife and I stay at Unico was everything! We enjoyed every aspect of the stay from the entire Facility, the room, the food, the helpful staff and kindness, and definitely our private assistant Luis. We stayed for a week and every day was excitement and a new adventure from the scheduled daily classes and events on the grounds to just sitting out by the pull relaxing and enjoying food and drinks while meeting new people. Our Asssistant Luis was attentive, very responsive (quick to respond) l,……

“The only reason we didn’t give an Excellent rating was because of the beach due to the seaweed. It seems like it would be a beautiful beach if not for the sea weed. Also, everyone was great from the staff at the resort to the tour guides. These guys don’t get paid a lot and tips really help! And if you tip please tip them something that’s decent. Some guy on our tour tipped the our driver only $2! After he drove us around and waited on us all day. Some people at the resort wouldn’t leave a tip……
