“Excellent location. Facility was clean and well maintained. The amenities in the room were a disappointment. 3 hangers 2 small towels the kitchen chair literally fell apart. The outside chairs on the patio were extremely uncomfortable the bedsheets did not fit. They were very quick to fix chair and tend to the AC. ”

“I recently stayed at Dreams Las Aventuras Riviera Maya and had mixed feelings about the experience. The staff throughout the resort were very friendly and helpful, which was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Unfortunately, several aspects of the resort were disappointing. About half of the restaurants were closed each night, which limited dining options and made it difficult to experience everything the resort advertised. The facilities also felt old and outdated, and overall……

“My husband and I was there for valentine day weekend. The room was very clean and relaxing. The only thing was that the A/C stopped working. Otherwise it was a really nice stay. My husband and I will definitely stay here again. To step outside of our room and the beach is at the back door was everything. The food at the restaurant was very good. I wish they would have informed us that they were hosting a special valentine day dinner. We would have waited to have dinner to enjoy the experience.”

“Beautiful location and a wonderful resort, but what truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. Daniela and the entire team at the tequila tasting were fantastic—they made the experience both fun and informative. Another highlight was Islas, who picked us up from the TRS lobby in a golf cart. He gave us a mini tour of the resort, pointing out notable locations along the way and even took some wonderful photos of us. What could have been a simple ride back to our villa turned into a……
