“We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !”

“We can see why people return to this hotel year after year. It’s a true gem. Quiet, charming, comfortable, and clean. It is very close to everything. “Can’t beat this place for the price. I thought what we got for the rate was excellent. Pool was clean. Condo was good, but beds were very hard unit G11 and there was a very strong ammonia smell that persisted all week. But this place was cheaper than most 2 star hotels with way more to offer. “We enjoyed our stay! It was a family ladies trip with my twin daughter’s birthday. The room was great it had a bunk bed for twins and king bed for me. "This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data. "
