Loved this place. So many options to eat, drink and relax!! Very well kept beach with activities to enjoy. We spent a week and could have easily gone for 2 or 3 without getting bored. Highly recommend it for couples or families!! Also, we bought a package through Expedia and saved a lot.

Everything was great! Food options, landscaping, entertainment, customer service. We’ve been coming to Barcelo for the past 20 years and it’s still the same furniture. Completely outdated, TV’s have diagonal lines and apparently many are like that so please renovate asap!

Beds were comfortable, bedding was nice and cool, food we only have one option for restaurant and was a buffet it was ok, the other restaurants you have to do reservations probably before the trip. We tried many times to see if they had cancellations and they were always full.

Always clean, grounds and gardens are meticulously maintained. Rooms are good size and nicely furnished. Fridge is restocked daily. You will get your steps in as this is a huge resort. Food is plentiful and par for the course for an all-inclusive.

Everything was great: the service, the food, the entertainment, the facilities. The only thing I noticed was that the bathrooms need updating, especially the access to the shower. I also think the beds need replacing because they felt like they were sinking in where we slept.

Our family was at the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort for 7 nights, and we had an amazing time. Great for our kids age group, 5 & 9YO. They loved the pool, and we had lots of food options to choose from, we always found something to eat. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and property was well kept Highly recommend.
