「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「When I saw the pictures of this property, I wasn’t expecting top-tier, all-inclusive quality, but I was expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness and good communication with the staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When I arrived, the entire border of the studio was dirty, covered with black grime. The towels were old, discolored, and stiff. There were ants coming out of the air conditioning, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom.

「This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property.
