I'd say we had a great week here I have literally no complaints. The food was great. The room service was great. Our room was always clean even when I had the do not disturb on the Butler would confirm pools were great. I loved the family selection aspect, but we did spend most of our time at the colonial pool. The Butler service is amazing. I would do family selection just to have the but again they booked everything for me anytime I had any questions that would respond immediately. This is my first time in Mexico and I would say this was probably the best resort I've been to.

We stayed at Kantenah for 6 days and booked a Jr. Garden suite. We have 2 children but didn't want to spend the rather big diff. to FS (Family select). We heard the hotel is great without. Upon arrival we were upgraded to it because it was our 1st time. How cool! We now could go anywhere even TRS. Loved the El Niu (Pool Restaurant that was great and didn't require you to change clothes) and family pool access but otherwise really didn't need it. The beach bar at FS/TRS didn't have anything too special beside ice cream. Rather ate at buffet which was super good. I'm original from EU and rather picky but really enjoyed all the food. Outstanding reservation on options. Nobody got sick either. The biggest advantage of FS is room location/having your own concierge If they do a good job. We didn't like they pushed a membership so hard. We had just arrived, wanted to see the grounds and get to our room. One bad staff experience in PM @La Hacienda (unorganized and brushed off) and staff @lobby bar seemed unmotivated/super slow. Everyone else was amazing! Very calm setting, friendly. Our favorite place to eat was the GranAzul with outdoor seating facing pool which was beautiful and large & the Japanese restaurant! Rooms clean+well attended. Booked 2 db beds bec. of the kids which worked out so well. 1 slept in one of the db beds,the other on included pullout that they made up moving fw. Recommend: Work harder on beach setting. Love: Family focus& options!

I was very impressed. The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! I am celiac and there were so many options for me to chose from.

The room was immaculate both morning and night. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very appreciative of tips both big and small but never once asked or gave off the impression they expected it. Food quality was high in my humble opinion. At times could have use a little more spice but that just personal preference. Ample selection of food both native to Mexico and international flavours. We stayed in kantenah in a family select room. The family select amenities were fantastic and quality can only be fully understood with experiencing them. Would and will recommend to friends and family. Lastly, beaches and pools all in excellent condition with ample help from staff if required. Kids (5) and (7) had an amazing time as well. Absolutely excellent!!!

This is an incredible resort. They look after every possible detail you can think of during your stay. Friendly staff and great food. Lots of food options between numerous buffets and à la carte restaurants. Was our 2nd time staying at this resort and will definitely visit again one day!

We had a great time at Family Selection Kantenah. Our room had an amazing view, was spacious and very clean, and had two large separate bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The service was outstanding! our butlers, Emanuel and Louis, were incredibly helpful and attentive, always taking care of everything we needed. They went above and beyond and even surprised me with birthday touches in our room and at the restaurants. Also one of the sweetest moments was a balloon-filled bubble bath prepared for our toddler she absolutely loved it! We truly loved the resort. The only thing we wished for was heated pools. The weather was a bit chilly during our stay, so we spent most of our time at the beach, which was perfect. But the pool and waterpark were too cold for our toddler to fully enjoy. As for the food, there were so many options that we only had time to try a few. Compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at, I’d rate the food a 8 out of 10 but again we didn’t get to try many of the restaurants, so we may have missed some great ones. Overall, the resort and service were outstanding. We are definitely planning to return and stay longer next time.

Issues with booking transport through them and them not confirming the schedule with me it turned out okay but had me worried. The room lock broke several times and I was locked out and they didn’t offer me any real compensation for the hours of my time wasted at night in the cold locked out of my room trying to get the door unlocked.

We have been travelling to Mexico for 14 years and this resort is one of the best we have been to!We stayed in the Family Selection side.Check in-very quick as we arrived late and it was nice to have a good restaurant open.They delivered a baby crib to our room promptly.The butler service is good, sending daily lists of activities and booking the à la cartes. All the staff at this resort are top notch.The buffet food is very good (especially dinner), the à la carte restaurants are good as well (although I would skip the Asian restaurant).They have lunch on the beach which has awesome food which we got from walking over to the TRS (adults only) side by bringing a couple plates for the adults and kids to share. The drinks are good, premium alcohol with our Family Selection wristband is included and Churchills cocktail bar is awesome!There are video game rooms for the kids to keep them entertained.The resort itself is quite large (not the largest we have been to), but it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach or to the buffet/lobby from where we were staying in Villa 48.There are golf carts to get to restaurants at White Sands.The beach is very nice, lots of sand and an unlimited amount of beach chairs there and by the pool.It was a nice change not having to fight for chairs at 7am, the resort never felt busy and the staff said this was normal capacity.There’s very good tennis/pickleball, basketball and soccer fields.We will definitely be back some day, highly recommend!

Property is beautiful. Room was more than we could have asked for (building 40).

The entire experience was excellent. They did an amazing job of catering to families. The service we got from our Butlers, Erick and Gadiel, at the family pool from Maria and Diego, from the Sand Castle bar from Jose and the beach area from Israel was exceptional.
