"Had an amazing stay matter of fact we booked an extra night. Room was clean and quite, beds and pillows were comfy. The staff was absolutely the best, she was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard waffles, coffee, yogurt, juice etc. But it was always stocked up and the staff kept it clean. Didn't use the air conditioner but the heater worked great. Only downside was the bubbles in the hot tub didn't work and being on the third floor hauling all your stuff up and down stairs kinda sacked. But regardless of that I will most definitely being staying again"

"I used to stay at the Adobe quite a bit but then started looking at other places because I felt the property was getting dated and not being shown the attention it needed and prices kept going up. My stay this time was kind of impromptu but I saw a king bed with an ocean view for a cheap price so I went ahead and booked after deciding to stay another night. I will say not much has changed. First, while the room itself was for most part clean, it left a lot to be desired. I booked a pet friendly room because it listed having a balcony where as the other similar option did not. It appears that the pet friendly rooms are located in a separate building and while I’m fine with pets, the hallways leading to the room are covered in hair and smells pretty bad. Carpet in a pet friendly area for a hotel is a wild choice. The least they could do is some more regular vacuuming. Probably replace the flooring as well. Second while I say for most part clean, all of the heating vents could stand to be cleaned. The water tank in the Keurig machine looked dirty and the coffee was lukewarm. Probably should just be replaced. One of my lamps didn’t work and the nightstand with built in charging ports wasn’t plugged in and only partially worked. While the staff were pleasant enough, my stay this time only reinforced why I generally avoid The Adobe anymore. I’m used to hotels on the coast being a little funky, but there are far nicer options for not that much more in the general vicinity."

"If you are into that vintage old motel feel, then you'll like this place. I think they are banking on the fact that a lot of the property has that "original" feel to it. But they really need to put some work into the rooms starting with the bed and adding a fan in the bathroom, maybe new flooring? Super funky motel. Great location."

"This is a modest place with older furnishings, but it is always clean and quiet. I love sneaking away for a few nights with the window open listening to the waves. I also love to walk around the little town of Yachats. It’s got everything you need for a beach get-a-way within walking distance, especially during summers on Sunday mornings at the farmers market! The pool is also clean and warm!"

"Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised how well situated the rental house was. It was a very comfortable house with nice decor. Several of the recliners could be updated, but still comfortable. We have recommended this rental to a friend who wishes to visit Yachats. It close to restaurants, great walks, and beautiful Cape Perpetua National Forest."
