Mermaid's Perch offers beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and the basalt rock formations from the large ocean view windows. When the tide is low, a table like rock is exposed and you can imagine a Mermaid perched on the rock, sunning herself and enjoying the gentle ocean breezes! This modern and sleek home sleeps up to 8 guests.

You can stay in and watch the ocean's majestic rhythm from the panoramic views in the living room, dining area, and kitchen or sit out on the deck to watch the ocean and listen to the waves. The open concept great room is perfect for family to gather and enjoy time spent together. Sit back and relax and watch your favorite movie or sporting event while a fabulous meal is being cooked up in the spacious kitchen. On this same level you will find a bedroom down the hall with a comfy king bed and a bath across the hall. Downstairs is a lovely space with two bedrooms, a bath and washer/dryer. One bedroom has a king bed and television. The second bedroom is larger with a king bed and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa pullout. This room is perfect for the kids as it has a television and games for hours of entertainment! There is space for one car in the garage with an electric car charger (universal Tesla charger) for your convenience.

Perfectly located in the cute village of Yachats, yet quiet and private, the property provides parking, a dog friendly fenced yard and easy access to walk to town. Just across the street is the rocky beach which is great for scrambling around and exploring the sea life and seashells in the tide pools.Tarry on the front deck facing the Pacific Ocean - soak up the view, watch the wildlife or just enjoy the people passing by. When the tide swells, relax to the sound of the waves! Feel like exploring? Check out boutiques and restaurants within a few blocks, or, choose to take the 804 Walking Trail and get some exercise on miles of trails through Yachats and along the coastline.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
