Boutique Boho Glam Villa With Private Pool

Welcome to Boutique Boho Villa Evolvista, a private hideaway tucked behind volcanic walls, perfect for a relaxing island escape. Enjoy al fresco dining under the large pergola and unwind by your private pool, right on your doorstep.

Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The spacious open-plan living and dining area features an indoor garden, ambient lighting, a quirky seating space, and projector-style wall viewing, with access to your own apps such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. A welcome pack is provided, and an honesty bar with local cheeses is available on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fan oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, and plenty of crockery for indoor and outdoor dining.

The master bedroom has a double bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a Moroccan-style bath and overhead shower. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa for added privacy and offers twin beds that can be arranged as a double, plus a sofa area, TV, and patio doors opening to the pool. Towels, beach towels, umbrellas, and laundry facilities are provided.

Parking available, and car hire is recommended for stays of 5+ days. Beaches are around a 10-minute walk away, while the town, seafront, restaurants, cocktail bars, and ferry port are all nearby.

The host lives next door but guests still enjoy privacy. Check-in is in person, and ID must be provided before arrival as required by Spanish law.

IMPORTANT: No visitors are allowed on the property. The pool accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Please respect neighbours and keep noise low. Dive bombing is not permitted in the pool. Eco-friendly bathroom bins are provided, as toilet paper should not be flushed. No smoking indoors, no pets, no loud outdoor music. All lights & air conditioning must be switched off, & all windows & doors locked whenever you leave the property. Air conditioning is optional and available for an extra charge.
