Karşılamaları güzeldi, hemen eşyalarımız alındı ve görevli tarafından lobiye götürüldük, giriş yapış işlemleri hızlıca yapıldı. Otel hakkında genel bilgilendirme açık bir şekilde anlatıldı. Dış mekanda sıcak sulu ve jakuzili güzel bir havuz mevcuttu, suyun sıcaklığı be buharı güzeldi. Çevre düzenlemesi çok çok güzeldi biz çok beğendik. Kapalı spa wellness alanı biraz küçüktü, masaj randevuları çok doluydu ancak akşam son saat de olsa sevgili Gülşen hanım bize çok yardımcı oldu. Kese köpük tuzla kese ve masajın da olduğu paket satın aldık, çok memnun kaldık. Genel olarak temiz, herkesin güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olduğu bir otel. Sabah kahvaltısı standarttı ve açık büfeydi. Ancak akşam yemekleri özellikle mezeleri bol ve çok güzeldi, açık büfeydi. Oda temizliği çok hızlı yapıldı. Ancak tuvalet kağıtları daha kaliteli olabilirdi. Bir de havlu kart sistemiyle çok ıslandığı zaman değişiklik yapılabilirdi. Genel olarak çok memnun kalıp eğlenip dinlendiğimiz bir haftasonu tatili oldu, teşekkür ederiz.

Otelde çalışan herkes oldukça kibar, anlayışlı ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle spa bölümündeki Gülşen hanım, aksiliklere rağmen yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yaptı. Ayrıca spa uzmanı da işini profesyonellikle yapan ve yoğun çalışmasına rağmen herkese büyük titizlikle yardımcı olan bir çalışandı. Resepsiyondaki ve restorandaki arkadaşlar da öyle. hepsine teşekkür ederiz. Sanırım otel yarım tadilat geçirmiş, kimi yer çok güzel ve şık, özellikle sıcak havuz harika. Fakat odalar malesef biraz eksik ve eski kalmış. Yenilenirse gayet konforlu ve hoş bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz. Biz de genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. Teşekkürler.

Rahat, konforlu butik bir aile oteli. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltısı 3 yıldızlı otele göre gayet zengin. Hele Emine hanımın hazırladığı akşam yemekleri ev yemeği tadında. Herşey güzeldi. Tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Sömestr tatilinde 2 çift olarak Yalova ilinde termal otel arayışına girdik. Bölgeye geldiğimizde Viral Termal Otelin yakın çevresindeki 4 termal otelin tesis alanlarını ve odalarını gezdik. Viral Termal Otele karar vermemiz şöyle oldu: termal havuz havalandırması güzeldi, hamam sıcak değil fakat gayet temiz, sauna olması gerektiği gibi yeterli kalitede, 1saat aile banyosunu kullanma imkanı veriyor. Saunaya her girişimizde (arkadaşımın burun tıkanıklığı oldu için) spa ateşine mentol eklendi. Çok nazik ve kibar çalışanlar var. Kahvaltı gayet temiz ve lezzetli. Restauran içinden çıkabildiğiniz teras keyifli. Eksik noktaları: - Havlu ve bornozlar çok eski, odamızda bornoz yoktu rica ettik hemen temin ettiler, - Tuvalet kağıdının yedeği yoktu - Banyo lavabo tezgahı gereken yükseklikte değil. Yüz yıkarken her yer ıslanıyor. - Küvette duş başlığının olan kısmında sabit cam yoktu. Duş alırken her yer ıslanıyor - Kapı kartı takılı olduğu sürece mini buzdolabı çalışıyor. - Termal alan 8:00 -12:00 arası kadınlar, 12:00 - 20:00 arası karma saat diliminde faaliyette. 12:00da çıkış yapılması gerekiyor böyle olunca erkek misafir termal alanı kullanamıyor. Bu durumu resepsiyona sorduğumuzda çıkışı 12:00 yaparsınız ama 1 saat daha termal alanı kullanabilirsiniz dendi.
