Good location but disappointing

Good location in Yamba with ocean views. Very easy walking distance to main beach and convent. Spacious layout, however unit was let down by poor maintenance and inadequate cleaning with inch thick dust on light fittings, mould in shower and old, dirty doona covers. Would not stay here again.

Excellent unit - Great large TV plenty of room for the kids - close to the beach and restaurants only a short walk up the hill to the Pacific Hotel which has amazing food.
