The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday.”

“Rokeby Manor and Landour were a real find for me. The mountain inn is perfect in ever way: Outstanding location, thoughtful and guest centric touches and personalised service, both front office and F&B showed a distinct willingness to please the guest, excellent food and restaurant, lovely rooms that have been redesigned without overt modernisation. Couldn't find fault with anything in Rokeby Manor. ”

“The views from this hotel are just magnificent and the serene atmosphere adds to the beautiful landscape. The service from staff is outstanding. Just the room needs to have the normal features like a full size mirror, slippers, bathrobe, fridge, bathroom stuff like comb, toothbrush, iron etc”

“It's very close to the main area library chowk. This property has a common area called sky deck which is a plus to hang out and in the evening there is musical show as well in somedays ”

“It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food”

“It is a good property and it shows that the owner has put in a lot of effort to make this homestay feel "homely". The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The food that they cook is very tasty and hygienic (as it is cooked in front of you). But, they don't have a parking space for your car, where we had to spend additionally.”

“Staff were helpful, bathroom is just fine. The advertisement in Expedia described the rooms as "sleeps three" but there was only one king size bed for two. After asking they layered two mattresses which was not very comfortable. ”

“Good location. Right at the corner of library road and very beginning of Maal road. Excellent cooperative and supporting stuffs & executives. Good breakfast and complimentary evening snacks ( yes you don’t get every where ). You can order in house dine options of Pahadi cuisine. All in all I will tell Ellbee will ensure a memorable stay for here . ”

“Good stay, but please note the property is under renovation and as of March the floor/reception level had no rooms so if you are traveling with any elderly of someone who can not take stairs, please check in advance. ”
