"The room did not suit our needs and was not as expected. The room appeared be to be much smaller than the quoted size and had far less space than other hotels with a smaller quoted room size. The main room appeared to have only one small power outlet on one side of the two beds, making it impossible for 2 people to plug in their devices at the same time. The room's advertised "city view" consisted of small frosted glasses ground floor windows, making the room very dark. Understandably, this...

"Each unit is its own floor. This enabled for optimal privacy. It was clean and the unit looks exactly in the picture. Accessible to the Namba station. A supermarket is close by and so are convenience stores. Lots of places to eat at and Namba Parks is also nearby. You can explore the local area on your way to Dotonbori and find hidden gems. Denden Town is also only a few blocks away if you are interested in what it offers. Overall very glad we stayed here."

"Such a beautiful hotel, spacious room with lovely seating to capture the view. Onsen was very nice, great views and good facilities. Lounge was a good spot to have a drink. Reception on 17th floor. Great location in central Osaka. "

"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend Recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. I must say the hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived around 11pm due to a delayed flight and lengthy train ride. The hotel was extremely clean. The front desk lady was able to help me figure out how to get to Sumoto on Awaji Island, which made the day trip much easier. The view from the hotel room was very nice as well. Hotel is well situated with the subway below the hotel as well as having a grocery store in the basement which was extremely convenient. We were also about a 10-15 minute walk from where most of the tour buses meet up as well, an added bonus. Room was on the small side but it wasn’t a big issue as we were out and about most of the time. I have friends going to Japan in February and I’ll be highly recommending this hotel to them. When I return to Japan I will definitely be staying at this hotel. "
