The room layout was excellent and the facility/room are in great condition. We had excellent view of the Kyoto city and Kyoto tower from the room. The staff were very friendly and reminded us that it is going to rain when we are getting out in the afternoon and suggested us to take umbrella (which they provided). We had wonderful time staying at this facility.

This hotel was awesome and so convenient for family travel. they thought about all the details when they designed these suites. The kitchenette, laundry and two bathrooms in unit made our stay so pleasant and perfect with kids. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I’m going to book another Monday when we return to Tokyo. Definitely recommend!!

"Nice and clean hotel. We had a triple room with three beds, so room was very tight. We knew this upon booking as APA hotel rooms are quite small. Breakfast was nice with many options. It was a bit of a hike to Dotonburi, so if staying in Osaka again, I would choose a place more central. The 7-11 ..."

"Great property for a family of 4 to stay in the same room. 2 on one side for my young adult sons and 1 on the other side for me and my husband. We had privacy screens to put down on each side of the room. The big bonus was 2 bathrooms!! This made getting ready much easier and quicker."
