This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

Had some problems checking in but the staff were super friendly, spoke english and was just reassuring through the stay.
Only issue was the smoke smell around the halls for those in dorms but it goes away once in the capsule.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful, housekeeping staff did a excellent job cleaning our room, the breakfast buffet was an excellent value, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
