「I hate that I couldn't give a higher rating, but I just can't. While I loved the view from the apartment and the only employee working there was great, my stay was a roller coaster of bad and good. The listing says there is a microwave, a dryer, and a private bathroom, but that is not true. There is a washer and a drying rack. Because the property is so high up and the balcony where the drying rack is located is, takes several days to get your clothes dry. The listing says non-smoking, but...

「The hotel on the map was different location to the pictures in the ad. After $1000 in data and numerous taxi rides we arrived at the hotel in the pictures. Apparently it had been sold and by the looks houses homeless people. Okay mistakes and scams happen but what is not except able is that it is near impossible to contact expedia. 」

「Breakfast time is too late. From 8:30 to 11 a.m. If you have a meeting with client in the morning, you can not have a breakfast in the hotel. No laundry service, for longer stay is not suitable. 」

「Location is perfect, service is very good, very clean and the building is architectural, breakfast is good too. Very good value for money. Overall experience is fantastic. 」

「This was a booking for my mother-in-law. Originally booked for 2 nights we had to extend her stay by one night due to a flight cancellation caused by an airline strike. I had to make a separate booking for one night and asked the staff to make sure they don't move her into another room. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. 」

「Clean room, staff went out of their way to make it special for us. specially Sabina from reservation department, Salatine from reception and Chingez from room service, the whole of the restaurant team thank you for making it special for us. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman on reception who collected our luggage from the room. He was very helpful to us and guided us really well. All in all a wonderful hotel and excellent staff would come again. 」

「We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend...

Daarnaast kreeg je een geweldige service in het hotel, en met name Sabrina hielp je met al je vragen op een vriendelijke manier. Zij was voor mij het pareltje in het hotel. 「這裡因為在小巷裡很安靜，所以可以睡到自然醒，旅館是包早餐的，都是老闆娘親自料理，簡單的早餐因為有蛋也有營養了，老闆娘平時都蠻友善有笑容也會聊2句。可是這裡的那唯一的一個清潔阿姨可就讓人生氣，也不敢恭維，我在這裡住了十多天，基本上大概兩三天跟他要一卷廁所紙，但是他都說不行，從來不給我，而且態度惡劣，總是臭臉，都是找上老闆娘或櫃檯的員工才拿給我，住了六個晚上後請他整理房間，他也說不行，真的很生氣。」
