Well-appointed apartment, and very quiet. I literally slept there then left, so have little to offer in terms of the area. Ideal for a quick business stop.

Handy base

Very comfortable studio flat, ideal for a short stay and base for touring Somerset, Dorset and Devon. Richard was very friendly and helpful.

Home from Home

This was the first time i have stayed at an apartment as normal use hotels, but this maybe the way forward for me as a frequent traveler. It was like home from home with some very nice touches which whilst simple but milk in the fridge was great especially for the cup of tea in the morning. Will 100% rebook when I'm back in the Yeovil area

Great apartment and only a short walk to Westlands where I was going for a gig .. An even shorter walk if you're going to the Octagon theatre which is pretty much on the doorstep .. The place was very clean and has all you need to self cater .. Richard who was my contact is a really nice guy and as I was on my own even invited me to the pub with him and his friends before the gig .. Would definitely stay again

good self-catered choice

Good place to stay, large comfortable bed, big telly and settee to watch from, facilities to cook for yourself, good shower. Not big but more than enough for a short term stay, will use again. Useful having the reserved parking space tucked away in corner of car park

Nice apartment

Very clean, comfortable and nice appartment. It has everything you need ,very nice bathroom and clean. Good firm mattress. It includes continental breakfast . Richard is very helpful and friendly . Location is fine ,but Yeovil didn't impress us .

Ok for one night

I wouldn’t class as an apartment more of a converted room. When I arrived it was very dark and raining, I did struggle to follow the instructions on how to collect keys extra as there was no light and I didn’t feel particularly safe, maybe that’s just me. I didn’t feel comfortable and could hear everything from next door.. I actually felt like they were in the room with me. Perfect for 1 night but I don’t think I would stay anymore.

Friendly but in need of service

Great reception by friendly member of staff who provided us with a caffetiere when asked and showed us to the apartment. Provision of cereal, milk, butter & instant drinks was nice. Bed was great, though the cobwebs on the ceiling were disappointing. Small bathroom was in need of attention, huge shower dominated and was in need of a clean and of restocking. When shower gel expired the lack of a shelf meant we had nowhere to put our soap not the mini toiletteries that were provided when I contacted the owner. The view was not so much garden but mainly of the stairs and the public car park beyond and a piece of grass.
