「I was pleasantly surprise with this location. I was coming from another state and have had horrible experiences when it comes to places not looking like the pictures. But my room had a sense of togetherness that I truly enjoyed. I’m not a hotel snob, but I believe in cleanliness and professionalism when people are spending their hard earned dollars. 「It’s a nice place. Only complaint to the manager at check out was the air conditioner rattled loudly when it would kick in. She said she was send maintenance to look at it.」

「This property is just minutes from Hobby Airport, and they have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Our shuttle driver wasn't very friendly, but I was grateful that they have a shuttle. The rooms are spacious and clean. We ate at the bar twice and had breakfast in the restaurant, once and it was all delicious. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.」

「Everything was very nice and beautiful. Upstairs clients were very loud & stomping until almost 5-6 in the morning. The front desk staff were very nice & helpful, housekeeping not so much. They couldn't wait to get us out of there & made rude comments & faces when we left. 」
