“The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.”

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions.
RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall.
We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.).

When my son was sick, they showed genuine concern and quickly arranged for a doctor to see him, who arrived within half an hour. En revanche, de nombreux équipements hors service rendent le séjour très inconfortable : il fait 27°C dans les chambres, la nuit, en mars-avril, car ils ont tendance à surchauffer l’hôtel et qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation de refroidissement.
