“Perfect for what we wanted. One night, to get some sleep, near the airport. Convenient shuttle service. (We were told other floors had carpet, so opted for the ground floor with tile. Allergies)”

“The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. ”

“Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this……

“Pros: The staff is friendly, if you drive or have transportation, this is about 10mins away from the avenue and downtown areas. There's a pool, it looks nice (I didn't get in as it was not an interest). Bedding and room was clean. Everything looked like the pics. Area is quiet and residenial. Cons: Area may be unsafe (but that's Trinidad). Nothing happened while I was there but don't go walking around and jogging past 5PM, that goes for the entire country. ”
